About Dr. Longworth

Dr. Longworth is a Board-Certified and Fellowship-Trained Pain Management Anesthesiologist, who specializes in the evaluation and non-operative care of spinal disorders. Her expertise makes her an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team at the New Jersey Pain Management.

After obtaining her Doctorate from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Longworth completed an Internship in Pediatrics at the Winthrop University Hospital of the Stony Brook University School of Medicine. She then went on to complete her Residency in Anesthesiology at the Albany Medical Center and Albany Medical College in upstate New York. After practicing as an attending staff member in Pediatric Anesthesiology, she decided to go on to complete a second postgraduate Fellowship in Pain Management at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center in New Jersey.

Before joining New Jersey Pain Management practice, Dr Longworth had extensive clinical experience at The Tri-County Spine Center (currently Advanced Spine Center), and had previously been an attending Anesthesiologist at the Albany Medical Center Hospital and the Nassau University Medical Center.  She was also the Clinical Instructor of Anesthesiology at the Albany Medical College and at the Stony Brook University School of Medicine.

Dr. Longworth is Board-Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and has extensive training in pain management and spinal disorders. Her approach to patient care is conservative and personalized, striving to provide a unique treatment plan to match the patient’s specific condition and individual goals.

In her free time, Dr. Longworth enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, and training for triathlon sprints.
