I’ve seen other chronic pain drs for a decades long shifting cervical spine issue and was very grateful to Dr P on this my first session with her! Very smart, thorough , and thoughtful. She did an intricate physical exam as a part of her initial diagnosis and ultimate treatment plan. She thinks systemically and is, so far, conservative in her approach as she waits for the results from a new MRI and X-rays in order to take the next step. Very smart and communicative, being honest about damage that likely can’t be undone as well as what she may be able to help it to not continue to worsen. Gave me some trigger point injections for some
possible relief this 1st session which at least made me feel she’ll try her best to help. Having years of chronic pain, it was a hands on exam (like a good physical therapist, orthopedist , and pain dr combined) . She left me feeling ‘seen’ and hopefully in good hands! I’d highly recommend her.

My experience with Dr Rubinfeld is as usual great. Dr. Rubinfeld knows what and how with whatever type of seriousness of whatever pain your dealing with that's one of the many reasons I'd personally recommend anyone to be a patient of his. He has a fabulous nursing staff that are all very caring and they all take care of all matters that you need to. They all provide all required help that you need and they are all so very sweet. Another reason I'd personally recommend Dr Rubinfeld for you and this is the reason I have him as my pain management doctor and this is that he is very caring man he cares about you for you and wants to help you so you you can live a more productive life. I can this he does this for me and I don't know what I'd do without him because I've tried other pain management doctors and they weren't near as helpful as Dr Rubinfeld. Dr Rubinfeld knows what type of medications and whatever else would be helpful or necessary for whatever pain your dealing with. Before I became a patient of Dr Rubinfeld I wasn't pro active the least. I was still in massive pain unable to do the simplistic tasks that I needed to do. Other pain management doctors I had in the past just seemed like they didn't care about you. I deal with chronic pain and I had to able to do things be able to get around move around and then I came across Dr Rubinfeld I said well let me see how he does because my chronic pain was having me feel very depressed because I really couldn't do much at all sleep well at all and so forth. Well needless to say after Dr Rubinfeld evaluated me and all he knew just what to do and he has made my life soo much more productive for me. I'm able to walk my dog Princess and a whole lot more which I wasn't able to do before I got with him, and his nursing staff they are wonderful I've been a patient of Rubinfeld and his nursing staff for years now and I couldn't be happier they all very caring towards you including Dr Rubinfeld. My life is a very much better now he Dr Rubinfeld has my chronic pain very more less than it was I'm able to do what I could not do before. I suggest you give Dr Rubinfeld a call and make an appointment with him try him and his nursing staff out and you'll see for yourself!!!

New patient & my 1st impression is thorough, asked questions & listened and explained what was causing my back pain. Most importantly I got some relief today, not on a follow, not after tests, but today.

Dr. Polesin is very good. She gives plenty of time to listen to the problems you have and then give plenty of time to explain the different options. What to do with your back pain. I highly recommend her.
