I am so pleased that I was recommended to Dr. Rubenfeld. He gave me all the time I needed to convey to him what I am going through. I feel confident that his treatment will help me recover from the herniated disc I am suffering with.

The wait was very long, but Dr. Polesin was very attentive, courteous, and pleasant. The stars are for Dr. Polesin, but not for the staff.
The people at the front desk were very rude to me.
After I came from the appointment to get the script, one of the women at the front desk, who had long red curly hair and wore glasses, spoke in a very aggressive, rude and testy tone to me.

Love Dr. Polesin…I think she is really good at what she does. Her assistant, Joanna, really went out of her way to deal with a changeover in my insurance that threatened to scuttle my procedure. My knee is better for the experience and I look forward to being treated by NJ Pain Management as I ease into old age.
I took away one star because I consistently wait over an hour past my appointment time to see the Dr. I’m ok with waiting because I feel like she spends the amount of time needed to treat her patients; and that often doesn’t fit into a tidy 20 min slot. And I, like everyone else, benefit from that. But it’s still a pain. And could be rectified somewhat if they just scheduled every visit in 30 increments.
